TruVest Capital Limited (“TruVest”) was formed in 2013 by, Founder & President, J. Roy Firth. TruVest envisions regrouping motivated individuals to co-invest in a variety of unique ventures that highlight the distinct areas of expertise and passions of Mr. Firth, and the rest of the TruVest Executive Team and co-investors.
TruVest targets investment opportunities that are skills and services based, that capitalize on current demographic trends and at the same time are not highly capital intensive. We strongly believe that these factors contribute to a high probability of success.
TruVest’s current major initiative is, TruVest Financial Partners. TruVest Financial Partners is an integrated financial services distribution firm, based in Toronto. TruVest Financial Partners will specialize in succession planning for financial advisors, ensuring retiring advisors receive fair value for their practice and ensure an orderly transition process.
In addition, TruVest is exploring other initiatives in the consolidation of financial services as well as projects in sports-related industries.
